Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InnerCompass. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wise Kids Studios ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the InnerCompass mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
InnerCompass is a mobile application that provides AI-powered spiritual guidance, meditation tools, journaling features, and related spiritual wellness content. The App offers:
• Guided meditation sessions
• Dream journal and analysis
• Spiritual guidance and insights
• Prayer and devotional content
• Advanced spiritual practices (astral projection, sacred synthesis, etc.)
• Personalized content based on your spiritual preferences
You must be at least 13 years old to use InnerCompass. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
InnerCompass offers the following plans:
Basic: 10 questions per day, full access to all standard activities
Plus: 25 questions per day, all standard and advanced activities including voice-guided meditations
Premium: 75 questions per day, all features including experimental practices and text-to-speech
Plus and Premium are subscriptions that auto-renew unless cancelled. Basic is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
The following applies to Plus and Premium subscriptions only:
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal cost will be clearly identified before you complete the purchase
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods and you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription.
Payments are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Payment terms are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions. All subscription purchases and renewals are managed through the app stores' billing systems.
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
Google Play: Refunds are handled according to Google's refund policy. You may request a refund through the Play Store within the applicable refund window.
Apple App Store: Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
Subscriptions: No refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
You may cancel your Plus or Premium subscription at any time through:
• Your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings
• The InnerCompass app Settings page
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period. Note: Basic is a one-time purchase and cannot be cancelled, though refunds may be available through the app store's refund policy.
We may offer time-limited free trials for Plus or Premium subscriptions. Trial terms:
• Duration: Trials last 24 hours from activation
• Eligibility: Trial eligibility depends on your current subscription tier. Basic users may request a Plus trial; Plus users may request a Premium trial. Premium subscribers are not eligible for trials.
• One-time per tier: You may use only one trial per tier per account (e.g., one Plus trial and one Premium trial, ever)
• Automatic expiry: At the end of the 24-hour period, access reverts to your previous tier unless you subscribe
You retain all ownership rights to content you create within the App, including:
• Journal entries and dream logs
• Personal notes and reflections
• Custom prayers or meditations
• Any other content you generate or upload
By creating content in the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you. We will not share your personal content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, aggregated statistical data (that cannot identify you) for research or commercial purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Create accounts through unauthorized means (e.g., automated scripts)
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
The App and all of its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Wise Kids Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized spiritual guidance, meditation scripts, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI-generated content is created by algorithms and may not be perfect or suitable for all situations
• Content is generated based on your input and preferences but should not be considered professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
AI-generated content is provided for informational and spiritual exploration purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for:
• Professional mental health counseling or therapy
• Medical advice or treatment
• Financial, legal, or other professional advice
• Religious or spiritual guidance from qualified clergy or teachers
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE APP
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP
InnerCompass is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or religious counsel. The content provided is for spiritual exploration and personal growth purposes only. If you are experiencing mental health issues, emotional distress, or spiritual crisis, please seek help from qualified professionals.
We do not guarantee any specific results from using the App. Spiritual practices and their effects vary greatly among individuals. Your experience may differ from others.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WISE KIDS STUDIOS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
• ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR DATA
• ANY HARM RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE APP OR WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE APP.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our total liability to you for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the greater of:
• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• $100 CAD
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wise Kids Studios and its owner, operators, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may terminate your account at any time by:
• Using the account deletion feature in the App's Settings
• Contacting us at support@askinnercompass.com
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security issues
• Any other reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination:
• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We will delete your account and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You will not be entitled to any refunds, except as required by law
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability)
We reserve the right to:
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the App
• Change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
• Update the App's features, content, or functionality
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:
• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Notify you through the App or via email
• Post the updated Terms on our website
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@askinnercompass.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wise Kids Studios regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You meet the age requirements to use the App
• You understand that the App provides spiritual guidance and is not a substitute for professional advice
• You have reviewed our Privacy Policy and understand how we handle your data
